Since 2004, the LLC has provided year-round programs to help break the cycle of addiction, poverty, and crime. The LLC supports adults through education and workforce development training. The LLC’s licensed child care centers provide a safe environment and engaging activities for youth of all ages within some of the most impoverished areas of Baltimore City.
Camp Liberty (June thru August)
Summer Day Camp for children ages 5 -12.
Liberty After School Program (August thru June)
School-age students recieve homework assistance, tutoring, exercise, snacks and dinner to help them grow in every way. Single working mom's have more free time to return to work and meet the needs of their family. The center maintains high rates of attendance by providing a caring staff, a comfortable environment, and a variety of engaging activities including hot meals and snacks.
Work Force Development Program
Provides hands-on experience and work readiness training in four employment tracks: Office Management, Food Service Management, Child Care, and Building Trades. Mentoring Program
Provides mentoring services for at-risk young people aged 5 to 18. LLC mentoring relationships

assist children who are at risk of engaging in negative behaviors that lead to school drop-out and/or arrest.

Food Pantry
The Liberty Learning Center's food pantry is open to those in East Baltimore with nutritional needs. We offer home delivery as well as food pickup at our Fayette Street location.
